Tomorrow the friends are all coming over to the house for our own little Christmas party/dinner thing. We decided to have a pot luck. Me, being from the mid-west, REALLY miss roast beef. So last week I picked up a crock pot at Best Buy with the intentions of having roast beef with carrots and potatoes for Christmas dinner, one of my favorites...

I called up my dad and he told me what to do and buy. Last night I picked up a couple roasts, a bag of carrots, potatoes, and an onion as per his instructions. Now I can't remember how to make the damn thing and I can't get a hold of him!

I need to get this going tomorrow morning so it's nice and juicy for tomorrow night, so I need the help from all of the GFY chefs. How do I get this baby rolling? My mouth is already watering, I can't wait!
