I'm not sure what's worse, the person who constantly bashes America or the person who feels they need to always defend America from person # 1's bashing.

If you're an American and you're secure with your belief that America is the greatest country in the world, then there should be no need to constantly defend it from internet posters who criticize it.

If you're secure with your beliefs, why should other people's opinions bother you?
