What's the point of paying $250 for a DVD if it's going to show up on 1,000 sites. A broker should protect its customers to the same extent that a content provider running his own licensed shop would.
then there's the whole AVS usage that studios were never told about nor educated about. No content provider would ever allow that - ask Charly, ask JoeAMA, ask Cloud9, ask Matrix, ask AaronM -

Personally I don't get the problem with AVS that you mention, if you licence it for your site and your selling your 1 site deluxepass (which is a large bunch of sites) then you give your affilates some content to promote it whats wrong with that, its the same as a paysite owner running an affialte program with a bunch of sites and giving out free promo content. As far as it goes, the licences are for unlimited domain licences, some are brought direct from RedlightD who know exactly whats going on. If they know whats going on and know about deluxepass then others will surely know, they are the best series that Adultlegal have.
And yes AB is so guilty of copyright infringement in this case, I remember Rami's movie archive 6 months ago had some of Jules Joran Flesh hunter movies in it, they were in the same site as some cleanly unlicenced "Girls gone wild" movies. Serious copyright infringement these AB people are just nuts. They have that much money and don't go 100% legit. They will certainly get hit hard by this lawsuit cause they are so guilty.
Copyright movie infringement needs to stop in this industry and this is a good step in the right direction, good luck Jules.
