Yep. I just checked it out. They made a bunch of changes it looks like.
I will give credit where credit is due -
the changes CCBill has made are a HUGE improvement. Assuming the numbers are totaling correctly now, I would actually rate this revised layout (Low-Resolution, No Java option) as superior to the one they have been using for the past couple years.
I especially like the report drill down by sub-account.
