Mugabe just gave the ZANU-UPF what they wanted all along...Land Reform. Don't be so stupid as to believe that that land was vacant before the brits/euros came over.
Same thing is probably going to happen to South Africa.

I'm not whining about shit. I'm fucking laughing about it.
I don't see any problem with allowing a black person to become the president. I just wish they would choose the right black person for the job. Mugabe is obviously not the right person. It's pretty damn clear that Mugabe is insane. He's a racist, paranoid and totally out of touch with reality. He can't keep blaming whitey for how shit their country is when his government took a wealthy nation and turned it into an aids infested shithole within a matter of years.
The only reason he's remained in power as long as he has is due to his bullying tactics. ZANU-PF have bugger all presence in Harare and Bulawayo, the two largest cities in Zimbabwe (Harare being the capital). In rural areas, it basically goes like this. A gang of Mugabe's thugs walk into a small village, or town. Break some poor bastard's leg and make an example of him. They not so subtly let the rest of the people in their town know that their health and well being is largely dependant on their support for Mugabe. Of course, they vote for Mugabe.
The number of seats they hold in rural areas more than makes up for their lack of presence in the two major cities.
By the way, if you consider human rights violations, murder, raping women and children to be an acceptable means of land reform, then you are an idiot, and probably shouldn't comment any further.
And yeah, i sympathize with black people in Zimbawe who have had a shitty life because of the actions of white people in the past, but that doesn't make it okay for some 15 year old "veteran" to rape a 6 year old girl. Land reform should be a slow and gradual process. Fast track land reform doesn't work.
