I have had a perfectly good card declined by Rackshack on three separate occasions. Each and every time it has involved a great deal of stuffing around by phone (international) only to ultimately have them acknowledge that the card is indeed valid. On the most recent occasion they required me to fax a copy of my passport and credit card in order to update the expiry date on a card that they'd been charging successfully for two years!
Rackshack's billing system sucks and many of their support staff don't have a clue. That said, I have been very happy with the reliability of my servers and the price is sensational.
