Hmm, well he definitely based his design on your tour. More so, he actually took some of your graphic elements and used them exactly as is on his site. Whats funny is he actually had the nerve to put "? Copyright 1999-2003, SS Enterprises". Lol.

First thing you should do is contact AC Gold. Then send the webmaster an email letting him know he is infringing upon your design and graphics and to change his tour. Unfortunately, theres not much more you can do, that would actually be worth your time.
