Remember, this question is not about obscenity but the fact that hardcore porn is EXPLICITLY illegal based on the countries' laws.
Should this make us uncomfortable of buying from porn producers in countries where hardcore is illegal?

That would be evidence of a crime in that country. It doesn't seem like a webmaster who buys it in another country would have problems, but I'm not a lawyer, so I don't really know.
