No, when they select a jury (if they do) since it isn't going to be a WARCRIMES trial. The head Iraqi's are going to ask the jury this question:

"Has Suddam killed any of your relatives or friends?"

If they say yes, their on the jury, and if they have a jury full of victims, he's guilty!
