Ok, one thing about the stability-jive...
AMD's gotten a bad reputation there, but trust me...
That's due to all those cheapass chipsets that are used on MoBo's.
That part is a whole lot better nowadays.
I would'nt want to run servers with AMD+VIA for instance but i would if the mobo has a stable chipset.
If you're gonna run an AMD in your desktop and want stability (who the hel does'nt?),
accept no VIA chipsets under KT333 on the mobo and you'll be fine.
BTW - I'm using WinXP & I'm slightly capitalistic ;)
