You've seen the movie "kids" too many times. Then again that was a black guy, but same sk8er vs. ghetto kinda deal.
Personally, I haven't really even seen many skaters that are over 18. All I ever see is a bunch of annoying ass little kids. Not even at the local skate park do I see any that could possibly be out of high school. I used to be into the skate board thing, but it just died out when everybody got cars in high school. Maybe it's different in other parts of the country, but like next to none of my friends back from high school skate any more.
