Is the US not responsible for placing Saddam in power?? Is the US not responsible for Pinochet in Chile?

Forget all the rest of these "thug dictators" - these two alone had been responsible, with the full backing of the US, for the killings and torture of many 1000's.

Don't ever think that any claims of "responsibility" stopped at the US borders.

Your graphic is an insult to those who were murdered and tortured with the support of the US in a quest for their own selfish interests.

"Responsibilty" is not a word that allies easily with the term, "United States".
