BUT, now the tricky part begins, how are you going to sue him legally?
1. prosecute him Iraq: there are no courts left in Iraq, no Minister of Justice, ...

2. in the States? No, legally, you can't prosecute him in the States, you haven't got anything in your law that would allow this. Belgium had, but because the never ending US threats against Belgium (taking the NATO headcourters out of Brussels, ...), they changed the possibilities of our law (you could sue anyone for crimes against humanity, but Bush didn't want this 'cause there would be a chance that one dag an american could be sued.)

3. International Criminal Court in Den Hague (the UN's court), well yes, the majority of the world acknowledges the courts authority, the serb Milosevic is being prosecuted there at the moment, but again Bush' government doesn't, again for the same reason as in 2.
In the Live meeting, they had the highest appointed Iraqi official, and the Iraqi court won't be ready for 3 months. But their having a full trial, not a trial Saddam would have. Saddam is going to have a lawyer and all!
