I got a spam email, nothing new,

Followed this link:

They ask for ANY of these 4 to confirm your age.

Drivers license number

Social Security Number

Credit Card number (conveinently down)

Checking account number (also very convienently down)

Any of those 4 with your FULL Name,

Your address (2cd page of billing)

Your telephone number

Here is their pricing structure which took me more then 15 minutes to find on the site.

Silver membership : once only payment (non-recurring) of $39.99.

Gold membership : once only payment (non-recurring) of $99.99.

Platinum membership : once only payment (non-recurring) of $199.99.

NOTICE ALL FREE TRIAL PEOPLE are billed as Platinum members.

According to THEIR site heres why you NEED to release this information to them:

The law says that you have to be at least 18 years old. We do not care where you live, who you are, or what your parents think. We're sorry that there has to be a law like this at all but that's the law and we fully support it. We fully support keeping minors away from porn and must to do what is legally and morally right!

I called their processors "support" and was informed by the lady that she was the only support for the whole company. The processing company is

I asked the lady how having my complete address, telephone number, age, and social security number could really proove my age.

She tells me that they do credit checks to make sure I am of age.

So now my credit history is with them...

The funny thing is to steal someones Identity, all you need is a social security number, a full name and an address.

Next I said, why do you want my drivers license information.
I said to see how many speeding tickets Ive had?

She told me that a drivers license could tell them what kind of cars I drove and that would show them how old I was.

Erm, they can tell im 47 because I drive a VW ?

Is it just me, or is this #1 totaly illegal, and #2 the makings of a MASSIVE identity theft program.

Call me a conspiracy theory, but if they would ever get cracked and lose thousands of peoples social security numbers, that might not be so good.

By the way as soon as I told her that it is a well known con to ask for a social security number online, she told me that Id have to "mature up" and then she hung up on me.
