I go thru the same thing sometimes....my dad calls me one day and says "oh by the way your mom is in the hospital for surgery on her spine ..she has been paralyzed for the past month and they are going to try and fix it"...WTF! Yeah I feel your pain hon.. I think she will be ok but I really don't like the extra stress of having to worry that if something terrible happens they won't tell me.. It's like a nightmare I have that she will die and nobody will tell me until a week later or something..
I may just move her out here I dunno yet.
