update:
so this is what happened:
i have SEVERAL hundred dollars of pending transactions thatve been sitting in my ikobo account for a fucking week. for some reason they are not releasing them for withdrawal.
i have done the following things with the following results:
emailed them via their helpdesk 3 times, no response.
went into their chat 2 days ago and was told id be contacted. i havent been.
called yesterday am and was told id get a call from accounting shortly. dint happen.
emailed support directly once, no response, not even an auto responder.
called back twice in the pm only to be told by the automated system that all reps were busy and the voicemail box was full, then was hung up on. this after spending around 20 minutes on hold both times.
i havent been able to get into the support chat since that first time, busy.
called back this morning to find out that OVERNIGHT they have changed their customer support hours, they no longer provide any on saturday.
still no chat
still no money
and im fucking livid
yes i KNOW i spoke highly of them at one point. but this is fucking absurd.
