O.K., a drunk girl cannot enter in a modeling contract if she is drunk, so I have a couple questions. First, if she is buzzing, does that count as drunk? And, what if I put some kind of clause in the contract that says something like "I agree that I am not under the influence of any substance, be it alcohol or otherwise, blah blah blah" is that enough to keep me out of trouble if something were to arise? Any info appreciated.
