Both girls had a fake ID's....
It was not known to joe until afterwards that the girls were in fact 17...
Big problem was that one of the girl's fathers was a sherif.... they raided their condo in panama city beach.... found drungs... confiscated all the tapes....
then the feds got involved... due to the drugs found... and raided his jet, and other properties.... found more drugs....
Basically the shit hit the fan....
I personally hope he wins this battle in court... for one major reason...
The prosecution is seeking to have the video of girls flashing in public (that he doesn't have proof of age for)... deemed illegal!
HUGE implications there....
