Most amps claimed to be high current aren't, but I will vouche that Denon actualy is. Buddy of mine has a denon amp, really kicks major balls, right up there with Yamaha... in fact, I think Denon uses the same chasis.
I see you're a Cerwin fan. Not bad party speakers. I blew a pair of 100 watt cerwins with a 25 watt amp tho. Pop the drivers out and slap some Paradigm drivers in them and you have yourself a slamming good quality sounding system
