best and only real remedy is to fill out the online dispute form for transunion,equifax and experian. Some may charge to fill it out, hence they want you to buy the credit report, If you know its only showing on one of the credit bureaus just fill out their online dispute form and they will contact the creditor and verify the payment dates. Whoever is reporting you late cant do shit. Its up to you to initiate the dispute, Dont think the creditor is just gonna place a call to the credit bureau and its gonna vanish. Doesnt work like that and takes on average 4-6 weeks to resolve. need more info just let me know
