I think you should just write to some TGPs which are offering partner accounts.
I did this, I wrote to some TGPs which are in chameleon's database and requires partner account for submitting.
Some of them sent me back username/password.
Some TGPs requires at least one gallery currently listed at the hun,worldsex, or some other big tgp to accept you.
