There is an ice cream man that comes into my neighborhood who gets sued all of the time. He was sued 9 times last year... One of which was for cutting a kids foot off. Before he drove off from a stop, a kid sat on the back bumper, and his foot somehow got stuck in the wheel well. It took it off just above the ankle... I don't think he is the smartest person in the world. I guess that is why he drives an ice cream truck.
