Its not a closed attitude, its a realistic attitude. The Players Ball is a theme party, and the theme is pimp and ho. What kind of music goes with Pimp-n-Ho, rap and hip hop.
I don't think Tim McGraw, Neil Diamond, or Brittney Spears would really fit. If people want other types of music, they should suggest that some of the other industry parties get them.
