This may sound silly but after years on the net i foud out that people posting in caps or having usernames in cap are often full of shit or complete newbs.
I bet you this guy isnt even a webmaster.

This might sound silly but honestly, look for it.

The only people here posting with usernames in caps are russian icq uin sellers or fly by morons.
