i was born in the uk, and we got to put condoms on a dildo at 11 years old, and i remember in primary school (5-11) we had somebody talk to us about std's and how our bodies would change at puberty :-s
the uk govt. has got the sex education message into schools, just all the scrubby teens around here seem to have no standards, hanging around on street corners drinking bottles of white lightening (very very cheap cider).
