I agree 100%, I had my own biz since the age of 18. I to had many clients I did not want to service, however not once was I rude to a client. There many professional ways to handle this, call a client a "pain in the ass" is not one of them. But them again thats just me, maybe im too nice.
A certain level of professionalism must kept, no?
