No disrespect intended Necoeds. But I get the feeling that this is not the first time you have discussed the install of your software with A&H.

I stopped installing software and designing mainstream sites because I had one too many people I considered to be a pain in the ass.

They ask you a question, you give them an answer, and then they want to ICQ, AIM, YIM or email youi every fucking 5 god damn minutes to check progress, change something. ask a question that if they would wait until the initial install or design was complete wouldn't exist. Give you additional information that is not important. Just chat, explain to you how they know what they are doing "but don't have the time to do it themselves". Tell you what a friend told them about fill in the topic . And anyother non productive communication you can think of.

Yeah, I know who paid the bills, the consumer. I went corporate and have never been happier. I only deal with a small group of people who realize, My function is X. they no very little about it, don't care to know anymore about it. Their function is Y.

I am not implying you did any of these things, but maybe this has happened to A&H one too many times, and he didn't like the working relationship the two of you were developing.
