My traffic knows several times that it costs $2.95 for a trial, that they will need a credit card and most importantly... no tours. I entice them at my pages, then send them to the join page, knowing that it's not free. Odd thing is, paid trials convert for me, free ones don't.
I am currently converting 1 in 6 uniques and 1 in 101 raw... if I didn't have how much it costs etc on the pages, I'd probably convert 1 in 2000+ from all the unqualified traffic.
