We charge as little as $0 per submission, fullblown, so I'm sure webmasters can afford a few bucks on design and spend a few hours building a relationship with the tgp owners without using an intermediary.. that way they still have not only the contact, but also their partner accounts in case they decide to take their outsourcing elsewhere
