We do it for $1-$2 ... so why pay $5 ? We even do it for free if you're pushing the right sponsors
As to using an IP, don't trust anyone trying to tell you they use multiple dynamic IPs and they log on and off to get a new IP.. still the same originator as all their other submissions... our solution to that problem is flawless and means you always use YOUR ip address, not someone elses...
