Sorry this comes a bit late but thought you deserved an explanation. Due to switching to a new local telephone provider for our US telephone number the forwarding to our Amsterdam number was not working.

After calling the new provider (who shall remain nameless - although one woould think that being that they DEFINITELY are not new to the telephone business they could have had it solved much quicker than they did) every few hours for the first 3 days and 12 calls and 4 escalations later yesterday, it has been resolved. During this time a direct dial to our Amsterdam office would have worked (+31.20.320.8833).
