This industry is pretty fucked up, alot of shit goes on behind the scenes that is never discussed on the boards. So I don't think in all hoesty that, that disclosure does much good when someone feels fucked over.

Why? Because you they easily sue your for giving confidential information about the company. If you signed the non-disclosure agreement. You are fucked. It does not matter if the company was selling illegal stuff or whatever. You still breached the agreement.
