Good thing one can't patent just an idea. It's only implementations (even if it just means capturing a process on paper--Fuck you, ACACIA!
) that are protected by patent laws.
Any person can have an idea. The law protects the guy who actually DOES something about it. (Although I'd love to exempt Acacia from this....bloodsucking parasites!
