There are Many Big traffic brokers that don't read and or post on boards about their businesses. I know my source doesnt, and I buy 500k per day for a few years from them. So the list you are trying to make (which is a decent idea) will be nothing more than a few gfy traffic brokers, and not really a complete list at all, but I do think you had a good Idea choker.
