I read something about that whale law once... I guess the lawyers were always pulling the defense that 'there are always exceptions to every law', and since there were none listed, why wasn't the (whatever their client shot the exception), so they put the whale in, no more defense. lol

The term "idiot" used to be the PC method of referring to the mentally retarded. And it was an easy way of describing the physical rotation of the finger around the temple .

Some of the laws from the old west were knee beaters.
