I have filed a request for a refund through Papal, and I don't think they would freeze your account. They will however freeze the account acsgroups. (Select Traffic.com) their main site is:
http://www.acsgroupinc.info/ I have also filed a complaint with their host for spamming a forum which clearly has rules about spamming.
So far there are 5 webmasters on the WEGCASH board that have been duped by this company.
