I think so, too. Hell, I'd probably spend at LEAST $50 a month just MYSELF on low-carb snack foods if someone would produce some good stuff. So far most of the salty low carb stuff I've tried is crap but I make some killer stuff at home. Unfortunately, I don't have time to make baked chicken skins and turnip chips very often, but I WOULD buy the hell out of them.
