Ok, first, as far as who runs my business: I do. Mr. Banks is my office manager, managing staff - programmers, designers, etc. He is a salaried employee. So, her comment that "an employee who basically runs his company" is a crock of shit, and something she must have fabricated along with everything else, as I never said anything like that.

You DID tell me via phone that Wade was too important for you to fire him the day AFTER you told me he would "most likely" be terminated which is WHY I did not take you up on your offer. If you're going to handle the situation as a professional and not accept fraud as part of your operation, I'd have no beef with you. However in finding out that he was still employed with your company, and apparently you DO condone his behavior since you wanted to pay his debt, I figured as long as I get the money owed...who cares who sends it. That's why I decided to take you up on your offer.

Next, me endorsing chargebackporn.com is a complete lie. When she told me her version of the story, I naturally didn't fly off the handle because I, in contrast to this woman, am capable of handling things in a professional manner. My reaction when she told me was one of contemplative surprise. Maybe she expects everyone to be irrate and irrational as her? She asked me how I felt about having someone work for me who would do something like this, and I said I couldn't really comment, and will have to talk to him about it. After I talked to him, she called me again, and expected me to tell her how I was handling the situation. How I handle my employees is really none of her business, and I don't see how she can expect me to take time out of my day to talk to someone who is of absolutely no consequence to me about what happens internally at my company. So, I told her that it concerned me, and that I would have to deal with it. I was calm about it all, whilst she was being dramatic.

I never asked you how you felt about it. What I did say after telling you the story and calling you back to find out what the situation was...is "And you're okay with that???" And you said yes!!!

I do not endorse chargebackporn.com. Firstly, it is a ridiculous idea. Completely on business grounds, it will not work. Mr. Banks does not have traffic, is incapable of getting traffic, and is incapable of running a website on his own. He has absolutely no resources at his disposal, and does not even know what gofuckyourself.com is, really. He only learned about it the other day when this woman threatened to post on here. Secondly, I do not support chargebacks, and would not associate myself with any business or concept that would promote them. They are an unfair and destructive aspect of the internet industry, and if they could be eliminated, we would all be better

However ridiculous it is, the fact is you KNOW he is/was planning to do it. I don't care if he gets ONE visitor or one million visitors a day. He STILL wants/wanted to teach people 1.) to commit a felony. 2.) to rip people in this industry off. I'm sorry Dustin, I don't take that lightly and you shouldn't have either.

I am not admitting that Mr. Banks did the actual charges, but I did offer to reimburse this woman for anything that might have been charged back, simply because I wanted to avoid conflict. She declined this request. Then, she called me with the bank on the phone when I was very busy with something else to talk about this $300 or $700 or whatever. This was a complete waste of my time for two reasons. First, I had already offered to refund her the money, so I thought talking to the bank was a waste of time. Secondly, since we bring in more than $300 in the time it takes to talk to the bank, I figured it was actually losing money (opportunity cost) to deal with such a petty issue. It would have taken less time to get the accounting person to cut a check to this woman and be done with it. And on top of that, it wasn't really my problem, I was just trying to be nice. Then she started to talk rudely to me, which I wasn't going to have

First of all, this is AFTER you originally offered to pay, AFTER I found out Wade was still working there, so of course I was going to take you up on it. YOU told ME to call you back with the exact amount of the charge backs. Since I don't have the charge backs in hand I called Wade's bank to find out how many were charged back so I could give you the correct amount of the charges plus fees. The bank would not give this information WITHOUT Wade on the phone to verify some things, therefore I called you WITH bank on the phone. In this conversation Wade refused to verify the information and YOU said you don't have time for this shit, which is when I said fuck you and hung up. How long did you guys think I was going to play the game of "I will pay, no one I wont, okay I will, nevermind I wont??"

I think it's pretty fucked up that you can say talking to the bank was a waste of time, since THAT would have cleared it all up. As far as you bringing in $300.00 in the time it takes to talk to the bank, that's great...however fraud is fraud, theft is theft and a FELONY is a FELONY. I spoke rude to you because YOU said you don't have time for this shit. All I really wanted was the letter from Wade stating that he's aware of what the charges are and he is no longer disputing them, YOU told me he REFUSED to do that.

As for you being nice...you're just kid! You're a bunch of spamming, stealing, lying 20 some year olds. I would advise you to rethink your actions here and everywhere else in the adult community. Wade wanted to use me as his experiment, well now I shall make an example out of him. YOU Donnie/Dustin should be ashamed of yourself for allowing such behavior in your work place in addition to "condoning" your main man's plan with that stupid website. You can deny that you condone it all you like, but the FACT is you know about it, and whether you stop it or not, is completely on you.
