It gets old, I have STOPPED schooling webmasters and am working to do exactly what you are talking about for the site me and Donovan Phillips are launching.
I plan on having pics on pages and pics linking the site itself.
My experience is this EQ: fuck waiting on them to do anything, do it yourself.

I hear ya on that Fletch, and I already do it by myself. And I do have success doing it.
However I would like to see it done on a wider scale, and I am also suprised that there is not more TGP webmasters supporting this... go figure.
