Imagine you go through all that (burns etc.) and she or they are just really lousy fucks and you are then stuck with the burns, no feet and a less than satisfying sexual experience. The thing about it is there are tons and tons of average and hot chicks that are not famous and will fuck the hell out of you without having to go through some form of torture other than maybe having to spend time talking to them.
