People need rules because they go apeshit otherwise.... Then you have the idiots looking to break the rules for some odd reason. This causes TGP owners major headaches and makes them not want to do anything to help submitters.

Thanks to cheaters, public submissions at the major sites are useless for the most part. I'm actually greatful for the cheaters, as they have made room for us decent submitters in the form of partner accounts. This phasing out of public submissions is a great idea, though. People inside the inner circle can submit to 40 quality sites a day and KNOW that they will get a listing. Those who want in, have to earn trust and a reputation.
