There is nothing hypocritical in that, that is respect for ones private business activities. My company is private and as such if a tell a business associate something in confidence, I don't expect to see it on the boards...thats just good business practices...enough said
Exactly Hank.. well said. I can see going to the boards if an affiliate program is screwing someone over, etc. But personal coversations between parties in a private company should stay private until the parties involved decide to say something.
