Honestly, 80% of ex-USSR people can't work good despite how much you pay them. Socialism is an evil. It totally corrupted people in USSR. Couple of generations have to change before they start working good.
And BTW - this is what really scares me in US and other western countries - too much socialism recently... I'm too damn familiar with what it may end with.
Another my observation is that exactly Canadian people are always that cheap. I mean they try to get Russian workforce for $100-$150 per month. US and German employers usually tend to pay essentially more. I'm quite familiar with this theme, I know many Russian programmers who do jobs for westerners. I always wonder regarding to that - are they that poor in Canada?
