We did do some test numbers in the begining, but most of the time she was at 21.95 rebills and a $10 cancel discount if the member tried to cancel. But now it is $26.95 all the time.

Yeah I did mix it up with another row on my ccbill stats page. Just checked my stats. Haven't promoted her in a month but there were a whole bunch of rebills for $13something each.
