I find especially promoting cam sites and real amateur sites that you can have a reasonable bit of telegraphic copy and it does get read. Really flesh out the reality of this real girl doing her real chat/ webcam etc... if you can send them to a landing page with that same girl, then that works really well too. First person copy works well on those types of ad pages too.
As it stands I'd put that gallery in the less than 0.5% ctr range.

Like I mentioned above, this is NOT the text that would be used. I've been pushing webcams for 3 years, I just haven't filled out the text yet. It would definately go to a landing page of the girl. ;)
