Excellent! Its very satisfying watching the reactions in the community but the show has a down side as well. I have to be home from Thanksgiving to Christmas every night.
The neighbors will not be mad at you unless you create a traffic jam and folks turn around on their grass *hee hee*. Actually you will motivate others to do more decorating....watch and see!
I am not off any main street, so they had to want to find me. I do have some signage up but the kids tend to steal it and now I have to go set the signs up and take them down every night.
But I have not had any theft or vandalism yet.
If you decide to do it next year, remind me next year and I will share with ya some things that you can construct out of PVC.
The hardest thing for me to do is go out and mingle with the visitors, I would think I would make them uncomfortable, but Don who helped me thinks not....and he loves mingling....
What is your all's opinion? If ya saw the homeownere in driveway would you cut your visit short or welcome some convo?
