Buy a big piece of black cardboard, make a box camera - then take a better picture than that. Meanwhile... park your car accross the street from your house, put the digital camera on top of the car, don't move the car, hold down the camera tight on the car while you gently squeeze the shutter button. Then you could get creative by dividing the shutter speed by 4 and panning the camera during the last 1/4 of the exposure to make trails with the lights... Just my
