I was a bit surprised to find out that if you change your rebill config with Verotel, it also changes the rebill prices for *existing* customers. I was doing a weekly special that dropped the price slightly, but now existing members are rebilling at that price. It's lucky I went down rather than up, some of my existing members would have been pretty pissed off if they were suddenly charged more.
With PSW the rebill amount was attached to the account, so regardless of whether I changed pricing they were always billed the same amount each month until they cancelled. This is how I expected it would work with Verotel...
Is Verotel the norm or the exception?
