They own their business and the people work voluntarily. They aren't being forced to work there. This is the future of the US economy--high quality, low prices.
You want to get paid $80K + up a year as an employee, get a job that will pay you that. If not, go back to school and reinvest in yourself.
The days of people slacking by with no schooling/experience and expecting more than min wage is over.
