I have a free membership because of my ex, but I think it depends on your plan. For a single person, it seems like it's in the $50 range, but there's usually an enrollment fee, too. It's also more if you get tanning with it, at my gym. Family plans are a lot cheaper (per person), I think. If you have a girlfriend or family member who would do it with you, check into that.
